About the Role

We are looking for a Food Program Analyst to handle and optimize the delivery of central initiatives within our food program.

This role will focus on operations, vendor coordination, and data management, supporting the growing complexity of food services across multiple regions. The role will ensure high-quality service delivery through program oversight, project management, and operational improvements.

What You'll Do

Support cross-functional projects within the food program, ensuring timelines, goals, and outputs are met. Assist with the development of project charters, schedules, and status reports to drive successful outcomes.

Manage vendor communications, supervise equipment and service quality, and ensure compliance with menu guidelines.

Collect, coordinate, and analyze program metrics, including customer happiness (CSAT), inventory, and compliance data. Provide timely and accurate reports to guide decision-making.

Assist in budget tracking and prepare financial reports, ensuring documentation is well-organized and up-to-date.

Lead all aspects of communication channels such as Slack, managing customer feedback, inquiries, and compliance issues. Facilitate cross-team communication and maintain key internal documents, including SOPs and vendor contracts.

Act as the primary contact for operational issues and ensure they are detailed, resolved, and called out for long-term solutions.

Work with internal teams to implement process improvements, share knowledge of key systems, and manage project dependencies.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Knowledge of G-Suite preferred.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Food Program Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Food Program Analyst position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
