- Search for your jobs by entering a Job Title, Reference, Location or any combination of the three.
- Search for multiple keywords or phrases by separating them with spaces or commas:

- Search for combined words or phrases by enclosing the words within quotation marks:

- Make your searches more effective by using Boolean search techniques:

Once you have performed a search you will be able to narrow down your search results - filtering by Posted Date, Job Types, Contacts and/or Industries. If you would like to refine your search results in more detail, you can do so by clicking the Multi-select link.
You can perform various actions for a single job by clicking the Actions link for any given job. The available actions will vary depending on the status of each job (if they are live or expired for example).
Note: For all actions related to editing or changing the status of a job, please note that it may take up to 15 minutes for your changes to update in search results and/or Job Manager.
Amend - correct errors or make simple amendments to your live job.
Re-Post - re-posting will expire the job and immediately re-post it to the website for 7 days.
Copy - start a new job vacancy based on the details of another, perfect if you are advertising for a similar requirement that has been previously advertised.
Extend - extend the duration of a live job, once clicked you will be asked to confirm how long you would like to extend the job.
Promote - Promoting a live job vacancy will allow you to add additional features to your jobs, such as making a job 'featured' or promoting it nationally/internationally. These example enhancements can give your jobs increased visibility in search results and will provide greater exposure for your job vacancies. Preview - see a preview of the job vacancy as if a candidate were viewing it.
Expire - you may choose to expire a job from JobNet to remove it from our search listings. Expired jobs can be accessed at any time from the 'Expired Jobs' area of Job Manager.
Fix - if your job vacancy has been rejected by JobNet this will allow you to make simple amendments. For example, your job may have been rejected as it was unsuitable, incomplete or discriminatory.
You can perform some actions on your jobs in bulk. Select checkboxes for multiple jobs, then choose one of the bulk actions from
the drop-down at the bottom of the page:
Re-Post Selection - expires the selected jobs and re-posts for 7 days.
Extend Selection - extends the duration of the selected jobs. On selection you will be prompted to confirm how long to extend for.
Expire Selection - expires the selected jobs from JobNet, removing them from our search listings. Expired jobs can be accessed at any time from the 'Expired Jobs' area of Job Manager.
