Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the CCC - National Operation ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Support the Servicing department in making business decisions by providing reporting, building tools and recommending new processes to increase departmental efficiencies.
  • Champions providing accurate information and striving to create tools and reports that are thorough and encapsulate all the customer's requirements.
  • Champions the best project management methodologies
  • Be the data owners for the complete data life cycle. Processes involved are ETL, reporting, analytics and business intelligence.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Ability to manipulate and present data using Access, Excel, SAS (PC and Unix), CRON tab, EDW/EDL
  • Liaison with different departments to come up with business requirements to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Ability to lead a project with PMI project management principles.
  • Ensuring the testing and quality of products and releasing it after proper approval processes.
  • Supporting senior managers and managers to make decisions based on facts (data)
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple operational Projects simultaneously, from initiation through to completion, in a cost and risk mitigating fashion.
  • Coordinate with multiple business units, internal and external partners [including, internal counsel, external counsel and review vendors], throughout the case workflow to meet requirements, deadlines and budget.
  • Perform as a trusted business advisor and provide consultations to requestors regarding data collection strategies, targeted search terms, scoping parameters and recommend effective review strategies as required.
  • Work with other members of the team, internal technology partners and vendor support, to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
  • Champions a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.
