The Agile Project Manager, Advanced Analytics will support key projects, in an agile rapid lab environment, aimed at accelerating benefits for customers and the bank, leveraging agile principles and cadences. She/he will work with global partners including the business lines, digital banking, IT and other advanced analytics teams to deploy global use-cases to implement end-to-end solutions. The candidate will identify and prioritize opportunities to deliver effective planning, execution and communication for analytical blueprints roll-out across a respective business line/function.

The Agile Project Manager role requires rigorous coordination, time management, anticipation, flexibility, process documentation as well as great teamwork abilities. The candidate will be at the intersection of data engineering, data science, and business and technical teams, taking a leading role in data science labs to help drive innovation and advanced analytics throughout the Bank.

University degree in relevant Business, Science or Engineering discipline

PMP Certification (or equivalent) with hands-on experience end-to-end project management

Working knowledge of Agile principles, cadences and processes

Experience with collaboration tools (ie Jira, Confluence) to connect multiple stakeholders

Strong collaboration skills with ability to translate technical knowledge into business value

Effective communication skills with ability to present to executives

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to understand and navigate team dynamics


Support analytics Agile labs:

Work in an Agile environment to deploy new solutions within 90-120 days

Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to align with project scope and timelines

Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum related meetings

Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress

Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to define project management and technical training best-practices

Lead Global deployment Process:

Lead global teams in making appropriate commitments through scope selection, task definition

Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools and best practices

Maintain process documentation and ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

Empower the team to self-organize, facilitate discussion and conflict resolution

Ability to deal with multiple projects deadlines, and assist with backlog maintenance and with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs

Travel to the US, Latin America and the Caribbean may be required
