Infrastructure Engineer (Permanent)
Location: King's Lynn Country: UK Rate: £35k - 40k per annum
Exciting opportunity to slowly move away from BAU in becoming a Project Engineer.

If so, then look no further I'm looking for an experience Infrastructure Engineer to join and work with a close-knit team to make a real difference!
The Role:- Act as a point of escalation.
- Deliver on a multitude of projects: Cloud (Azure/M365), Virtualisation, Storage, Backup, Networking etc...
- Travel to customer sites when required.
- Liasing with 3rd parties, internal teams, and vendors with clear communication.
- Ensuring all issues are fixed in a timely manner within the agreed SLA.
- Take a cloud first approach with a focus on Azure/M365.
Key Skills & Experience: - Exposure to working in a busy environment supporting an array of customers.
- Good communicator & Organised individual
- Experience working to ITIL best practises.
- Proven experience managing Infrastructure & Cloud environments.
- Previous experience working as a 3rd Line Engineer, System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or Escalation Engineer.
Desirable Tech Experience: - Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD
