Programme Manager will be working in the Gaming and Betting industry and responsible for planning, executing, and finalising the closure of the subsidiary within an 10 week window. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and overseeing the disposition/transfer of assets and settlement of liabilities. Working closely with the team members in company to understand what needs completing and the actions that need to be taken. Plan and run the phased shutdown of operations to minimise disruption. Ensure that all operational activities are concluded safely and efficiently. Manage the decommissioning of Legal, Facilities, IT systems and infrastructure.

You will have experience working as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager in similar business closure projects. You will have an understanding of working in a regulated environment. Be able to engage with senior stakeholders and ability to make connections and push for decisions. Ability to Plan, run and document for regulated filings and notifications.
