The Company:
My client are a fast-paced technology company who are entering a period of change. As such we're hiring a 3rd Line Engineer to join and aid with the ongoing technical support of the infrastructure and desktop estate.

About the Role:
In this role you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the server infrastructure. We need an individual who can manage their workload independently whilst capable of being a larger team.

You'll have a varied responsibility which includes complex technical support, project delivery and basic desktop support.

General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
. Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS, and MS Office products
. Strong administration knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
. Good understanding of virtualisation (VMware/Citrix)
. Experience troubleshooting WAN/LAN issues
. Solid general Desktop Support skills (Printers, Laptops, Desktops, etc.)
. Ability to conduct independent work
. Excellent communication skills to various levels of stakeholders

This is an inside IR35 role, the initial 6-month assignment with high probability to extend. Rate is £500/day.
