Senior Software Engineer (.NET) (Permanent)

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Country: UK Rate: £60k - £70k per annum
 

Senior .NET Developer - Sheffield (1 Day A Week)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software applications using C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, Angular 8+, NgRx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Utilise Entity Framework Core 3+ and MySQL/SQL for database development and management.
  • Implement unit tests using industry-standard tools and packages to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Adhere to Object-Oriented Programming principles and demonstrate understanding of SOLID principles in software design.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify technical requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Communicate regularly, openly, and honestly using voice and video primarily, and document agreements with succinct documentation on Slack.
  • Consider profitability, costs, and shareholder value creation in day-to-day decision-making processes.
  • Nurture technical and non-technical team members with practical advice based on good methodology and techniques.
  • Identify training opportunities and conferences for personal and team development.
