Business Change Project Manager Agile (Contract)

Change Project Manager/Agile

My client a leading Investment Bank are looking for a Business Change Project Manager with significant experience in managing Agile projects on application platforms. The role will require working with business sponsors, development teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities and Experience:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify, create, challenge, seek approval and baseline project requirements, plans, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure project deliveries are managed to time and budget.
  • Interface with any other Dependent projects to ensure alignment and dependency management.
  • Manage weekly workstream meetings, creating project reporting to reflect progress for submission to the wider programme.
  • Contribute to Steering Committee content to accurately represent workstreams.
  • Rapidly escalate risks, issues and concerns in accordance with best practices.
  • RAID management and reporting.
  • Demonstrable track record of complex project deliveries.
  • End to end experience of the project life cycle.
  • Excellent listener able to understand and resolve complex issues.
  • Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and financial management.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to create original concepts on projects.
  • Specific knowledge in Change Management, Agile, Waterfall, Jira and Confluence
  • Project management of application platforms
  • MUST have Investment Banking experience
