Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for network, telephony, and VOIP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
  • Handle tickets related to network and telephony concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform fault finding and diagnosis to identify and rectify issues promptly.
  • Manage connectivity issues, ensuring seamless network operations.
  • Handle provisioning tasks for network and telephony services as required.
  • Conduct thorough network and telephony diagnostics to maintain optimal performance.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of landlines, broadband, fibre, and VoIP services.

Must Haves:

  • Proven track record in Network, Telephony, & VOIP Support.
  • Cisco R&S - Nexus & Catalyst
  • Fault finding
  • Ticket Handling
  • Connectivity issues
  • Provisioning
  • Network & Telephony Diagnostic
  • Good understating of Landlines, Broadband, Fibre, VoIP Services

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Hybrid/Liverpool Street
  • Daily Rate: £250 - £340 per day
  • Determination: Outside IR35
