I'm working with a leading Salesforce partner who are recruiting for a Program Manager to manage the implementation of a greenfield project. The contract will be for a year initially with the opportunity to extend further thereafter.

As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Salesforce implementation program, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive efficiencies and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem to meet strategic goals.

Role Overview:
  • Manage and deliver Salesforce programs aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop strategies to enhance user adoption and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Manage risks and project resources effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
