€500 - €550 per day

Fully remote role working from anywhere in Europe; 8 months contract with possible extensions.

My client is a global consulting firm that helps organisations with digital transformation, strategy, and innovation

The role:

My client is looking for an energetic and experienced candidate with strong technology & marketing skills to play important roles as part of technology and business transformations to join our team.

In this role, you will lead my clients web technology stack, utilizing React for Front End development and Contentful CMS on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver cutting-edge web solutions to build strong consumer engagements.

You will ensure Marketing Consumer engagement strategy is brought to life via consumer facing channels (Web, app) and integrated in a way with the rest of the consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Releases to Operations
  • Responsible to set-up and review on-going Incident & Change Management
  • Own on-going Service Improvement Plan
  • Ensure compliance with on-going Access Management
  • Responsible to review and publish operations scorecard
  • Analyze improvements needed
  • Responsible for setting up IT Ops processes for Website Product/Service including ITIL
  • Responsible for ongoing delivery & IT Operations for Consumer facing websites
  • Establish Operational Excellence baseline.
  • Oversees the operations execution led by vendors as per ITIL standards and Site Reliability Engineering concepts
  • Implement the required application monitoring, Builds automation and software quality through code
  • Provides hands on support to complex issue resolution
  • Owns and drives root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
  • Hosting & Application Support Organization to establish common IT support framework, key processes, KPIs across key Consumer Solutions Products
  • Organize trainings for key users, agencies, key stakeholders & team members when it comes to key IT Ops processes, escalation management

You:

  • 10+ years of experience in global website management
  • Experience in establishing and operating IT Products, establishing ITIL based processes, Release to Operations
  • Monthly reviews, Monitoring, Scorecard and Ticketing systems
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of website design, development, and release management
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools (eg Google Analytics).
  • Martech, ITIL and Google cloud experience is needed
  • Experience in managing technical teams (internal or external)
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Familiar with basics of GCP cloud environment
