Business Analyst - KYC (Know Your Customer)
£500 to £600 pd outside IR35 - plus expenses
Duration - 2/3 months with potential further work
Location - UK based/Remote - may be occasional European overseas travel to Netherlands for workshops etc.
Contract resource needs to be deployed ASAP

A strong, UK based Business Analyst with significant and recent KYC - Know Your Customer experience, is urgently required by our leading global financial services client to start ASAP.

Candidates that do not demonstrate KYC - Know Your Customer experience within their CVs will not be considered unfortunately.

You will be well versed with gathering requirements and driving RFPs, and must be confident in being able to assist with functional specifications and putting everything together to support a RFP process.

The role will be to assist with functional specifications and putting it together (standard RFP etc).

Our client uses the following applications at different steps:

1. Excel sheets where the client information is received/sent
2. Create an Excel sheet for each client data on Citrix
3. Use an internal directory called WINSCP to create folders/directories for each client
4. Use an external software called Coviant Diplomat to create transactions
5. Screening software, for ongoing screening and on-demand screening. The results are then extracted and communicated to various clients manually

The intention is to eliminate procedures/steps/software that are irrelevant and create a straightforward process from source data to screening.

CVs MUST demonstrate strong and recent experience in the following -

• Must have strong applications experience, specifically around processes - KYC - Know Your Customer
• Strong skills in stakeholder management
• Experience liaising with Global stakeholders
• Well versed with requirements gathering with experience driving RFPs
• Functional specifications

The role will require liaising with teams across Europe (Netherlands), India and Dubai. The role can be home based/remote/UK based - however the successful candidate will need to be flexible with working hours to accomodate different time zones/time differences. There may also be occasional overseas travel to the Netherlands (Amsterdam) for workshops etc.
