Method Resourcing have partnered with a B Corp Marketing business who work with some of the UK's largest and most exclusive luxury brands, assisting them on their marketing journey. Providing support on a digital, physical, data and software level - the company are constantly busy, in a very good way!

The role: The business is looking for a BI Consultant who wants to work with autonomy to provide comprehensive analysis, statistical insights, and tailored solutions for a range of diverse clients. This role involves not only crafting BI solutions but also expanding the client portfolio by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

The key skills and experience my client are looking for:

  • Power BI Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation and analysis. including proficiency in Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and data manipulation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and networking abilities to not only convey information clearly but also to take a consultative approach in guiding clients towards optimal outcomes. This involves actively engaging with clients, challenging assumptions, and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and ensure analysis recommendations have broader implications.
  • Statistical Modelling: Solid understanding of statistical modelling as applied to marketing data.
  • Coding Skills: Strong proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, VBA, with familiarity in Python and R.
