DevSecOps Engineer (m/f)

Location: Coventry

Start: asap

Effort: 60% - 3 days/week

Tasks:

• Lead and embed positive safety culture and process safety within team to improve collective safety performance ensuring adherence to company policy, aims and objectives
• Deliver and take ownerships of a service within agreed internal and external process, procedure, timescales and expectations
• Identify improvement opportunities through process changes and innovation and deliver into the business
• Lead and manage all aspects of key processes and systems
• Lead, develop and motivate the team to ensure delivery of projects and objectives in a timely; safe and cost-effective manner to required governance with a considered customer focus
• Promotes a positive safety culture through visible proactive, consistent and influential behaviours
• Maximise opportunities to apply process improvement and best practice methodologies (where appropriate) to improve process efficiency

Skills:

• Certification in security and cloud-related domains is advantageous but not essential.
• Proven experience in large-scale digital re-platforming programs, especially with a focus on security transformation.
