Business Change Manager with strong Communications Skills - Birmingham hybrid - £65-75K + 20% bonus and benefits

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a permanent business change and communications manager for a fantastic global organisation. A fantastic time to join ahead of a new ERP rollout. This is a remote working role with occasional travel to head office or sites of implementation. Salary is £65-75K basic salary depending on experience + 20% bonus and benefits

Skills required for the role:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role at a similar level
• In-depth understanding of methodologies like ADKAR, Kotter, or PROSCI.
• Knowledge of relevant IT systems, software, and business processes.
• Strong ability to engage and align stakeholders.
• Effective at identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of programme & project management techniques
• Strong experience in presentations skills and presenting to senior stakeholders
• ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders
