We are hiring for Mobile App Test Lead for our client's project based at London, UK - 1-2 days per week onsite

Job Description:

• This pivotal role entails leading an existing team of 5 to 6 QAs working across various micro apps, guiding them towards achieving excellence in testing and overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a small test team, setting the course for successful testing initiatives and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Drive the formulation and execution of strategic testing approaches, leveraging expertise to achieve optimal outcomes
• Implement and oversee robust test management processes, utilising industry-leading tools such as Jira and Xray to streamline workflows
• Execute comprehensive functional and automation testing across UI and API layers, bolstering product reliability and performance
• Develop and execute effective test automation scripts using Webdriver.io, Appium and Cucumber, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
• Harness the capabilities of supplementary tools like Gitlab, Blazemeter, BrowserStack, Firebase, Datadog, and Dynatrace to augment testing capabilities and insights
• Foster transparent and efficient communication channels, facilitating seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Proven track record(minimum 3 years) in leading small test teams, with a focus on driving collective success and fostering a culture of excellence
• Extensive hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray, demonstrating proficiency in orchestrating testing processes
• Demonstrated expertise in functional, non-functional and automation testing methodologies across UI and API layers, ensuring robust product quality
• Proficiency in crafting and executing test automation scripts using Webdriver.io, Appium and Cucumber, contributing to enhanced testing efficiency
• Familiarity with supplementary tools like Gitlab, Blazemeter, BrowserStack, Firebase, Datadog, and Dynatrace etc. enriching testing capabilities and insights
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas and fostering effective collaboration across teams
