Senior SOC Analyst needed - SC Clearable - £65K Base Salary - Remote Working

I'm currently looking for a Senior SOC Analyst for a permanent role offering £65K base salary starting ASAP (although the client is willing to wait for the right candidate (eg if you have a 1-3 month notice period).

This client would like to put the successful candidate through SC Clearance and you must be a sole British national in order to join this particular project (unfortunately, we can't proceed with dual nationals on this occasion).

If you already hold SC Clearance, this will be a bonus but it isn't essential for this role. This client is based in London and they'd ideally like you to be onsite once a week, although if you're based further afield, they mentioned there is some flexibility.

They're looking for the following experience:

• Strong understanding of SIEM systems

• Experience working with IT Security Management, Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines

• Experience with the following tech (they don't expect you to have experience with everything listed here): Microsoft Sentinel, Manage Engine Log 360, IBM QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel etc

• Good understanding of runbooks and playbooks - also the ability create these from scratch would be a huge bonus

• Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials would be extremely advantageous

• Security Operations and Incident Handling

• Previous experience working within a SOC environment
