Data Governance Lead - Data Governance Frameworks - up to £110,000pa - Specialist Insurer

Our client, a leading Specialist London Market Insurer, are seeking a Data Governance Lead to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be focussing on enhancing data governance and management practices and will be central to ensuring data quality, compliance and effective management standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintain a robust data framework and working with various data SMEs across the business to integrate governance practices into the overarching data strategy.

The role is paying up to £110,000pa + bonus + benefits and requires 2-3 days in off p/w in London.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience within data governance, data management or a similar field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures into regulated environments
• Strong understanding of various data management technologies
• Strong Stakeholder management experience
• Must have strong Insurance experience - London Market nice to have
• Agile methodologies experience
• Good understanding of compliance with regulatory standards
