Cyber PMO Lead (MS Office, MSP, Agile) (Contract)

Location: Warwickshire Country: UK Rate: £500 - 550 per day, Benefits: Hybrid Working,

Duration: Min 6 months with extensions upto 3 years - long term contract opportunity
Rate: To £550 Per Day - Inside IR35 via umbrella

Our leading financial services client is recruiting for a highly accomplished, Midlands based PMO Lead for a long term contract, to join a thriving PMO team based in Warwickshire and help to support the setup of the Centre of Excellence.

We are looking for a PMO Lead with Cyber experience and an Agile mindset and methodology, who is flexible, and has excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a person with strong stakeholder management skills, who has previously worked in a large PMO team within a financial services or highly regulated/process driven business.

Deliverables -

Deliverable 1: Work with the Cyber teams to manage delivery of Cyber programme whilst aligning to Group Change methodologies and best practice
Deliverable 2: Tailoring the Group Change approach to meet the programme needs
Deliverable 3: Manage a L3 PMO Analyst
Deliverable 4: Be effective and able to deliver on all aspects of a PMO role
Deliverable 5: Bring previous experience to the teams to help shape and improve processes
Deliverable 6: Support on producing a business continuity model on all critical activities within role, develop a resilience model aligned to the central EPMO team

Essential Skills:

Extensive and recent experience as a PMO Lead
Cyber experience
Microsoft Office Skills (Excel etc) including MSP
Strong Communication Skills
Attention To Detail
Experience of tailoring frameworks
Agile mindset and methodology
Flexible
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience of working in highly regulated environments (Financial Services sector experience would be ideal)
