A global managed service provider is looking for an experienced MDM Engineer to join their end client's team on a contract basis. This is a remote opportunity for an initial 3 month period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration, testing, and documentation of the MDM solution for iPads and Android scanners.
- Technical input and assurance of the project's implementation plan.
- Root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues during the warranty phase.
- Configuration changes to the MDM solution based on project change requests or enhancements.
- Creation and updates of technical documentation for the MDM solution.
- Knowledge transfer to the MDM support teams.

- Microsoft Intune

- Apple Business Manager
- Device types: iPhones, iPads, and Android
