IT Service Manager - 465 per day OUTSIDE IR35 - ITIL Expert (V3) or ITIL Managing Professional (V4) Qualified

One of our clients is looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join them for a 9 month contract. They are offering 465 per day OUTSIDE IR35. This is an exciting contract role to work for a consultancy organisation.

Our client is based near Milton Keynes - commutable from Northampton, East Midlands, Bedford, Luton or Central London. They offer hybrid working, 3 days per week on site.

This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. You will need to be SC or DV (developed vetting) cleared or eligible to undertake SC or DV Security Clearance.

As the IT Service Manager, your role is to ensure the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery within the portfolio.

Skills and Experience Required:

- ITIL Expert (V3) or ITIL Managing Professional (V4) Qualified

- Strong experience working within an IT Service Management environment

- Ability to analyse problems and issues and develop practical solutions

- Knowledge of SLAs/OLAs/Contracts and their relationships

- Track record of achieving performance delivery targets

- Ability to develop solutions with focus on customer needs

- Working use of Microsoft Productivity Tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc

- Experience of managing complex stakeholder groups with differing requirements and priorities

- management information and reports, including delivery to senior stakeholders

- Experience of working within Government, ideally with a background in Defence

- Experience of working with information and technology classified at SECRET

- Knowledge of Information and Communication Technologies, namely network and infrastructure services

- Experience of managing services to international client bases

- Experience of Process definition, administration, measurement, management and audit, namely on ISO9K, 20K 27K

- Experience working within a Matrix environment

- Experience of working with Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes

- Knowledge of Service Management toolsets, such as ServiceNow
