Workday HCM Lead - 12 months FTC

Evolve ERP are working with one of our key clients in the Financial Services space, who are looking to hire a HCM Lead to join there workday team on a 12-month fixed term basis.

We are looking to speak with individuals who are strong across the full Workday HCM Function - but specifically strong with: Absence, Talent, Learning and Recruitment modules as well as candidates who have good experience working with cross functional teams to manage system integrations and processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well being comfortable liaising with key stakeholders across the business.

You will also need to have strong experience across other key areas such as : Integration Management, HCM Release Management and Performance Management.

You will be needed on site 2 -3 days a week in the office and the salary for the role is paying upwards of £65k (D.O.E)
