Are you an innovative Demand Generation Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity? We are seeking a passionate professional to join our clients dynamic Marketing team, where you'll play a key role in driving demand for our services through diverse marketing channels, especially paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Execute paid search, paid social, and programmatic display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Create and optimise ad campaigns, including ad copy and creative testing.
- Effectively segment and target audiences to maximise campaign impact.
- Manage daily digital marketing operations and optimize campaign performance metrics.
- Enhance landing pages and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates.
- Allocate budgets wisely across campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Create nurture and upsell programs to convert leads and expand existing customer accounts.
- Oversee email marketing programs, focusing on copy optimisation and audience segmentation.
- Manage social media channels and develop performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with team experts to ensure accurate and insightful campaigns.
- Produce regular performance reports and conduct competitor analysis.
- Stay updated on demand generation trends and best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience, particularly with paid channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to drive leads and revenue through multi-channel marketing.
- Extensive experience in creative campaign development and execution across various digital platforms.
- Degree-educated or equivalent; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.
- A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe applications (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive self-starter eager to generate new ideas and solutions.
