ServiceNow Engineer/Architect

Contract Length: until Dec '25

IR35 Status: Inside

Location: 2 days per week onsite at London, Manchester or Birmingham Locations.

Details of the role:

Role will decomission Legacy Avaya and Salesforce system integration's/automation's and build net-new integration's as required by the programme.

A dedicated piece of work that will involve several ServiceNow changes to request management, incident management, CMBD, integration's with 3rd party systems.

Looking for someone who is well versed in ServiceNow but specifically around request management, integration hub, CMDB, incident management and generally system integration's and e-bonding.

The role in essence will be to do all the required changes and attend requirements gathering sessions and plan out what worked is required and act on that work between now and the project end date in Dec '25.
