IT Support Technician - Law Firm - Chesterfield & Sheffield

We're seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional first and second-line support to the 100 users in their Chesterfield and Sheffield offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd line, remote and deskside support to all users.
• Deploy laptops and PCs.
• Manage Active Directory, legal applications, and IP Telephony systems.
• Play a key role in implementing and configuring a new ITSM solution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Assist in delivering IT projects.
• Help users maximize their application usage through training and desk visits.
• Deliver a first-class customer service and contribute to service delivery improvement

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft systems administration, including MS Windows, Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RDS, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, and Office 365 tools.
• Advanced Word and Excel expertise.
• Experience with mobile device management (eg, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, Google Play).
• Knowledge of desktop and server hardware.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools.
• Experience with security solutions like anti-malware, Firewalls, and DNS/email security.
• Cyber Essentials awareness.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• UK driving license and own transport.
