Salary: Up to £80,000 + 12-25% bonus

Summary of Role:
Join our client's dynamic Consumer Pricing Team to take charge of critical pricing strategies and influence business outcomes. As a Pricing Manager, you'll leverage your technical expertise in Radar and Emblem to build pricing models and provide strategic insights. This is a key role offering significant exposure across senior leadership, allowing you to shape the future of pricing across a portfolio of policies worth over £300m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the consumer pricing strategy to drive profitability and meet business goals.
• Conduct statistical analysis and actuarial modelling to support pricing strategies.
• Manage a team of analysts, providing insights and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FCA pricing regulations and lead responses to regulatory challenges.
• Oversee and optimise pricing models using tools like Radar and Emblem, and contribute to strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Essential Skills:

• Significant experience in insurance pricing, ideally within the motor insurance sector.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, with hands-on experience in Radar and Emblem.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing pricing teams and influencing executive-level stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with data science tools such as R and Python.
• Experience in cloud-based optimisation software like Earnix and Radar Optimiser.
