Telephony/Voice Engineer - SaaS

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Telephony/Voice Engineer with experience in SaaS based telephony systems. As part of the team you will be supporting the go-live of Ring Central telephony and Contact Centre.

Location - Hybrid/Stratford upon Avon

Duration - 12 months

Day Rate - £425- £475 per day - Inside IR35

Experience:

• Extensive SaaS based telephony knowledge with an understanding of supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within a cloud-based telephony platform (essential)
• Experience with RingCentral MVP and NICE CXone (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with service management processes and an understanding of SLAs (highly desirable)
• Experience using ServiceNow (desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
