Job Type: Contract (Daily Rate)

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join our client's team on a day rate contract basis in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module according to business requirements and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Integrate Employee Central Payroll with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across HR systems.
• Conduct detailed testing of the payroll system, including preparation of test scripts and managing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processing, maintaining high levels of service quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT departments to ensure alignment of payroll functions with overall business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes affecting payroll and ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
• Provide training and support to the HR team and end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the payroll system effectively.
• Prepare documentation for payroll processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to Employee Central Payroll.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in Employee Central Payroll implementation and management within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly in Employee Central Payroll, is highly preferred.
