Scrum Master - 6+ Months- Remote- Europe (Contract)
Location: Warszawa Country: Poland Rate: competitive
 

I'm currently looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an exciting global project. The suitable candidate must be people-focused; Empathetic, courageous, open and energetic with a natural tendency to servant leadership.

What we are looking for:

  • Must have a strong working experience as a Scrum Master (7+ years) supporting and leading Experience with Agile implementation in practice
  • focused on delivery Team and project based oriented
  • Great communication skills, Proactive, Get things done attitude
  • Must possess advanced communication skills with advanced organisational skills
  • Complete understanding of Agile processes and experience with Kanban, Lean, XP Programming etc
  • Relevant certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I-II), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • English.

Contract details:

  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Duration: 6months + initial contract with extensions.
  • Rate: Let us know your expectations
  • Location: Remote.
