SAP Solution Architect

Location: Onsite in Sweden

Hourly Rate: 1050 SEK/hour

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Re-engineering Solution Lead to join our team onsite in Sweden. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the re-engineering of SAP processes and solutions to optimize efficiency, enhance performance, and mitigate risks. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify process and solution issues, prioritize backlog items, and coordinate root cause analysis efforts across different functional streams and systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect input from stakeholders and categorize initial SAP process and solution issue and risk backlog items.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize backlog items based on business impact and urgency.
• Coordinate root cause analysis efforts across different functional streams and systems to identify underlying issues and dependencies.
• Provide support to SAP functional and technical application experts in conducting detailed analysis and proposing solutions.
• Ensure synchronization of efforts across different streams and tracks, including incident process, problem management, and product/project deliveries.
• Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and gather feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement re-engineering strategies and initiatives to address identified issues and risks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in re-engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to re-engineering activities, including issue logs, action plans, and status updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP solution architecture or re-engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP processes, systems, and modules.
• Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent facilitation and workshop management skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to coordinate and synchronize efforts across multiple functional streams and tracks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the organization.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus
