Job Description

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will support the implementation and transition to administration and enhancement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP platform.

Your responsibilities include testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, data migration, and collaboration with functional teams. You will create user manuals, provide training, and handle various ERP tasks such as general ledger and accounts payable workflows, payment cycles, Power BI reporting, master table setups, access and security management, and SharePoint storage. Additionally, you will ensure seamless AP invoice processing, ongoing support and enhancements and administering the current Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 accounting platform.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or Accounting

- 3+ years of experience with an automated AP system in SAP, Oracle, Concur, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP platform

- 2+ years of experience utilizing PowerBI to generate reports and dashboards

- 2+ years of experience utilizing SQL to retrieve and manipulate data

- Demonstrated ability to assist in and ERP implementation and maintenance of the system with debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting

- Strong knowledge of the AP lifecycle and processes

Advanced Excel skills performing V-lookups and Pivot Tables -Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 related to Accounts Payable systems

-Familiarity with US GAAP reporting requirements null
