Job Description: The Role

Do you enjoy learning about and marketing non-traditional, alternative investments? If so, come join the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team where our mission is to champion the investment talents of Fidelity's investment products and solutions.

As a Marketing Manager for Alternatives Product Marketing in the Asset Management Solutions Marketing Team, you will support the development of marketing activities that differentiate Fidelity's alternative investments and specialty solutions (eg, cryptocurrency-related products) in the marketplace. This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role that provides the individual an opportunity to collaborate across marketing and with investment professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the creation of new product narratives and messaging that will be used across our intermediary, retail, and institutional channels.

  • Drive messaging into market by creating both written content (presentations, brochures) and digital mediums (our website and videos).

  • Manage compliance submissions, partner with program managers to manage workflows, oversee digital postings and maintenance of collateral, and deliver client-specific ad-hoc marketing requests.

  • Contribute to the marketing and communications strategy for new product launches, creating deliverables across the alternative investment lifecycle.

  • Execute servicing requirements for third party platforms (eg, data rooms)

  • Create content for use in our events program and support event execution as needed

  • Maintain competitive marketing research across alternatives capability categories

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • BA/BS degree with a concentration in economics, finance, business, or marketing preferred

  • Eagerness to learn about asset management, investment products, and alternatives

  • Excellent writing skills to distill technical concepts into simple, compelling messages

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort with presenting

  • Superb organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and reprioritize

  • Working understanding of PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Workfront a plus

Become a member of the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team, where we partner with Fidelity Asset Management, investment product groups and distribution channels to develop and deliver compelling, accurate, consistent, and timely product content! The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
