Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst - Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to achieving strategic goals, objectives, and outcomes set by functional and workstream leads. The successful candidate will collaborate with various areas of the business to translate high-level demands into actionable requirements and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business issues using company and industry knowledge, coupled with sound analytical processes
- Manage relationships across the organization, including senior leaders, and occasionally with external parties and clients
- Act as a liaison among business leaders and stakeholders to gather information, share best practices, and ensure initiatives are executed appropriately
- Define the business analysis approach to projects and lead the execution of the analysis
- Present results of analysis and/or recommendations to business leaders, stakeholders, and at times, external parties
- Communicate action plans and priorities to appropriate partners
- Support SMEs in analysis to enable more focus on decision making
- Gather and document requirements from functional/workstream leads and end users
- Analyze demand/case for change and document business impact assessments
- Document solution design, current and future states, and gap analysis
- Liaise with Solutions and Data Architects, business and commercial stakeholders, and technical teams

Key Capabilities:
- Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, prioritizing, and validating requirements
- Proven track record in designing and delivering business solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both business and technical
- Experience of assimilating detailed information, identifying important points, and presenting them in the appropriate format
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and make connections
- Experience of leading and facilitating project meetings & workshops effectively
- Proven success in delivery and implementation and obtaining sign-off from key stakeholders
- Asset management experience/knowledge
- Business modelling and diagramming for the purpose of explaining complex issues
- Experience of complex and large change projects and analysis of the end-to-end data and operating model

Additional Knowledge and Skills:
- Product, Fund structure, and broad asset management services knowledge
- Situation investigation and problem analysis experience
- Feasibility assessment and business case development experience
- Operating model development experience
- Strong executive-level stakeholder relationship and navigation management experience
