job summary Work Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of the Transformation Manager or designated Organizational Change Management lead.

  • Manage Project Vendor Release Pre and Post Implementation communication planning activities according to Organizational Change Management standards and integrate into Program Communication Plan.

  • Works in collaboration with Project Vendor Communication Lead(s) and provides guidance to their in-scope release readiness and communication messaging/vehicles.

  • Work collaboratively with the Program Administration, SEAS, IS/IP Vendor, EDW Vendor, UOC Vendor, PSM Vendor, CORE Vendor and projects teams to integrate project Enterprise Release Management activities for Organizational Change Management Strategy, Workforce Transitions, Communications, and Training that aligns to milestones in the roadmap.

  • Build OCM Pre-Implementation and Post-Implementation standards, processes, checklists.

  • Perform as OCM Release readiness lead representing Program activities. Provide guidance to Vendors to align and track required OCM, Communications, and Training activities to inform operational readiness.

  • Organize agendas, meetings, stakeholders and scribe.

  • Documents specific terminology applicable to the project; maintains a project glossary to allow for consistency in language

  • Comply with all EPMO standards and Agency policies and procedures.

  • Abide by security policies when accessing the uildings and systems.

  • Adapt to changes in daily work plans based on FXPA and Agency needs.

  • Perform other OCM tasks as requested by the FXPA Transformation Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • A minimum of five years' experience leading large project communications planning and infographic development, preferably with state and/or federal government projects.

  • Thorough understanding of communications management and marketing principles, methodologies, and tools for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing people through change during large, enterprise technology projects.

  • Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communication strategies and materials, including emails, PowerPoint presentations and other media to update and communicate transformation value to audiences.

  • Experience performing enterprise release management planning and building communication supports for all stakeholder audiences.

  • Experience developing and delivering stakeholder release plans communications, to support business strategy that are integrated across organizational design, culture, behavior, and change management.

  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization.

  • strong facilitation and presentations skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.

  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively with clients and other client vendors.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
