SAP Plant Maintenance Systems Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Maintenance Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT Business Applications Team. The responsibilities include evaluating business and system processes, understanding requirements, suggesting areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to meet the needs of the Plant Maintenance teams across various manufacturing units using SAP and Integrated Applications. This individual ensures that the systems and processes accomplish the specified objectives and requirements of the Plant Maintenance organization and related teams.

$120,000-$145,000 annually/DOE
Responsibilities- Key IT Resource for business users across all plant locations to participate in large, cross-functional projects
- Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities; initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution
- Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems for Plant Maintenance and related areas
- Support and participate in operational initiatives such as: security input/testing, archiving input/testing, partnership/validations of system patching/upgrades, etc.
- Communicate and liaison with business units and stakeholders to ensure commitment, communication, and successful adoption of Plant Maintenance Solutions
- Partner with other teams and/or third-party vendors to facilitate delivery of successful solutions that consider business requirements/process, maintenance, flexibility, and scalability
- Be proactive in identifying ways to improve business practices, strengthen controls, and create efficiencies
- Participate in other activities and initiatives deemed necessary to support the business and the IT organization
- Bachelor'sdegree in engineering or computer science is desirable
- SAP Certification is a plus
- Hands-on experience in SAP Plant maintenance configuration and implementation. Deep experience in SAP solutions covering Plant Management and Maintenance processes: design, operations, corrective and predictive maintenance including replacement or decommissioning of plant, facilities, and equipment.
- Expertise in Preventive & corrective maintenance, requisition, and purchase order creation in PM, Functional locations, Equipment and measurement points, Capacity planning and scheduling, Equipment BOMs, Task lists, Maintenance Plans, and work order management.
- Knowledge of integration of PM with other modules including MM, MD, FI & CO
- Experience with other SAP modules like MM, PP, and PS is an added advantage.
- Experience inflows for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling, and Procure to Pay cycles.
- Knowledge of and experience with related integrated applications including Prometheus is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with business users across multiple regions and departments.
- Highly organized self-starter with an eye for detail who can maintain multiple ongoing tasks.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment
Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
