Chief Analyst

Hackensack, NJ Office (Telecommuting permitted. Travel on short notice required to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must work during east coast business hours)

DUTIES:
Lead and guide strategic decision-making processes based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis; Design and execute experiments to evaluate company and client products, services, and operational methods; Develop, implement, and continuously improve work processes and automation across the organization; Build and implement information systems tailored to organizational workflows; Create custom dashboards for the CEO and team members, as well as for clients, ensuring usability and Real Time updates; Collaborate extensively with various teams, levels of command, and stakeholders; Author comprehensive reports on findings from data analysis, experiments, and strategic developments.

REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or, a closely related discipline, or its equivalent; 36 months C-level experience as a Chief Analyst, Data Analyst or a closely related occupation [OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or, a closely related discipline, or its equivalent; 60 months C-level experience as a Chief Analyst, Data Analyst or a closely related occupation] AND Strong knowledge of reporting packages, databases, and programming; Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights; Proven presentation skills; Extensive experience applying scientific methods to optimize business processes; Robust proficiency in JavaScript and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, Monday, Slack, and Clockify.

SALARY:
$90,000 - $100,000/year
