Senior Cyber Software Engineer w/TS/SCI clearance

Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:

* Masters Degree in Computer Science with 7 years of experience

* Eight (8) years experience working within the Intelligence Community and the information processing systems in use at the National Security Agency (NSA)
* Current Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification
* Experience with Vulnerability Assessment and associated tool development

TS/SCI clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Ten years experience with computer Network Defense (CND) and Computer Network Operation (CNO) and tool developments including experience with vulnerability analysis, intrusion detection, malware analysis, windows internals, systems integrity, incident response and network pack inspection
