Job Description

Oversee daily operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions.
Lead data reporting, tracking, and automation efforts to improve workflow.
Maintain and upgrade existing data tracking systems.
Create a dashboard for key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
Implement automation tools to reduce manual workload and streamline processes.
Provide support for customer service as needed, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with education provider requirements and legal standards (CA State Bar, HRCI, SHRM, etc.).
Manage financial functions, including budget performance, subscription management, and sales tax compliance.
Collaborate with marketing to oversee campaigns and develop outbound strategies.
Administer marketing software and automate customer engagement processes.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in operations management, with expertise in finance, marketing, and compliance.
Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills.
Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
Experience with marketing automation tools (eg, HubSpot) and customer platforms (eg, Intercom).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
