Self-starter who can work independently with little direction High level of accuracy and attention to detail Talented user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Experience using database technologies (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgresSQL) and working with large data sets Use and understanding of No-SQL database technologies (MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis) Skill in creating repeatable and automated processes Excellent written and verbal communications Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL), and programming (XML, scripting). Skilled at queries, reporting writing and presenting findings Six Sigma certification is preferred but not necessary ITIL v3 certification is preferred but not necessary A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or computer science is preferred.Corresponding years of experience and/or relevant certifications will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
