General Purpose
Be the primary technical resource for implementation and on-going support of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. Provide technical support, diagnose, test, and resolve data integration and data analysis issues. Perform analysis, create data models, develop, test, and implement applications in support of key business needs. Evaluate software packages and provide recommendations to management.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include the following:
  • Design the hardware, operating system, and system integration for complex Enterprise applications.
  • Responsible to install, integrate and support Sailpoint IIQ.
  • Designs reusable components to support Enterprise-level IAM services.
  • Specifies technical requirements for processes within IAM tools to ensure the right architecture/design is implemented for the business.
  • Assess current access management system and assist with migration into Sailpoint IIQ.
  • Provide expert technical assistance and consulting support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot other applications as needed to support the team.
  • Research and analyze data management and integration strategies, programs, and processes between all corporate functions.
  • Gather data on systems issues, define alternative approaches, assess business impact, recommend cost effective solutions, and implement those solutions.
  • Be a technical lead for small and large project teams.
  • Make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT issues.
Requirements
Requirements for this position include:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems or a related field; or the equivalent combination education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of enterprise applications administration.
  • Solid understanding of data security practices and procedures, including systems analysis, authentication technologies, and access controls.
  • Advanced experience supporting enterprise applications in an environment with similar size and complexity.
  • Expert technical knowledge of enterprise applications, Servers and operating systems, networking, LDAP and directory services, database management systems, and SQL.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills at a complex level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of writing purchase justifications, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with peers and upper management. .
  • Project Management skills, including the ability to develop and monitor work agreements and budgets and to determine requirements, specifications, schedules, and deliverables.
Preferences
Experience with Sailpoint IIQ
Experience managing applications in a Windows Active Directory domain with VMWare virtual hardware preferred.
