The Project Specialist will assist by tracking and completing team projects and tasks using internal tools to ensure timely completion of deliverables and accurate capture of metrics; while also providing project support to new and ongoing initiatives. The Project Specialist will perform regular audits/general project coordination in support of the execution and implementation of initiatives for the Client Team.
This Technician role will support the client's SF HQ.Please note for this role working onsite at this client location is required Mon-Fri.

Our client is searching for an experienced IT Support Specialist at their San Francisco HQ office. You are someone who has significant experience with supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are comfortable working as part of a large, distributed team supporting IT operations in both our San Francisco headquarters and remote offices across the country.You are someone who asks questions, is confident in not knowing everything, and would rather collaborate with others than go it alone. You are crisp and detail oriented, but able to work outside of the boundaries when necessary. On top of your proven history of success, you have a passion for technology and like our client, you value hard work and fun in equal measure.
Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple products, including desktop and laptop hardwareBuild and deploy laptops and desktops using standard deployment tools (JAMF, LanDesk, DeployStudio, Deep Freeze)Support and assist employees using AV systems, both onsite and remote, including CFM Hangouts, projectors, audio and video conferencingCreate accounts for new hires Deploy and support software to end-usersRespond to support requests in the IT Helpdesk both in person and via a ticketing systemManage inventory for hardware and software
Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in IT support roles. Basic networking skills, including an understanding of servers, switches, WiFi, etc.Knowledge of administration of Apple computer products using enterprise management toolsExperience using and managing ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems, particularly JIRA Service Desk and ConfluenceStrong OS X and Mac hardware troubleshooting experience, positive, service-oriented attitudeSolid problem solving skillsAbility to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) as needed
