Responsibilities Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide user experience solutions and user research to meet the business needs Develops wireframes, task flows, specifications, audits, competitive audits, user research and manages changes to such specifications Uses skills as seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways Execute studies across platforms (eg desktop, smart phone) Synthesize customer feedback into actionable results that drive great experiences Demonstrate good interpersonal, business communication and writing skills Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Strong decision-making capabilities can help associate's departmentunit achieve results Frequently interacts with functional peers and supervisors, normally involving matters within the department, or internal customers. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in user research and usability analysis Experience running moderated or unmoderated studies Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis Empathy for users and an ability to maintain a neutral demean or during moderation Strong verbal and written presentation skills to communicate clear, concise findings and actionable recommendations Retail experience a plus Experience building prototypes a plus Education Qualification B.S.B.A. or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field
