Job Description

Customer Interactions (CI) tribe is looking for an experienced Data Architect who will be responsible for co-creating and maintaining the data models, data flows and data definitions among the different applications owned within the tribe and the ones that are handled by other tribes which have interactions with ours. Your role will be key in providing input to have a clear view on the data flows and support architectural decisions. You will be actively involved in the "Simplify" program where the scope for the CI tribe is to successfully support the Customer master data migration from SAP to other internal applications ie Salesforce, integrate with SAP our internal and product applications via an integration layer (Mulesoft) and migrate the ordering workflows from SAP to Pega application. From a more transversal involvement, you will be working closely with architects at the program level to support in the creation of the enterprise data model as well as conceptual and logical models to secure the migration and integration approach.

By joining the Customer Interactions tribe, you will be in charge of delivering an effortless and frictionless customer journey for prospects and current customers, across their interactions with the client while increasing their autonomy! As the Customer Interaction (CI) Tribe we are on a mission to improve these end-to-end interactions and are therefore evolving our significant technology stack. Two years into our journey we are progressing with the consolidation and renewal of this technology and our main focus is doing it right from the start.

What to expect:

As a Data Architect you will:

Define the CI data architecture in close collaboration with the business process owners and internal customers.

Contribute within the integration team on the creation of the enterprise data model thru the identification of the information concepts and the respective attributes (fields) that corresponds to it.

Lead the data architecture design for the customer master migration project by identifying the data to be migrated and integrated, creating the respective conceptual and logical models to identify their related attributes and relationships as well as the systems that contain each of them across the customer.

Build global governance process to manage customers data as well as ensure that the customer master data flow is running fluently among the different system Collaborate closely with the program data lead and cutover manager to plan and design the data deployment process and ensure that deployment meets the organization's needs Closely collaborate with technical architect and external parties to align data architecture with application/system architecture.

Ensure the data models and data definitions are created, maintained, documented, communicated and understood by the stakeholders.

Create and implement a data governance framework and policy for transactional data, master data and analytical data.

Ensure a repository is created and maintained with up-to-date documentation of data-models, data definition and data integrations. Ensure changes driven by projects and enhancements are captured and integrated.

Identify ways to improve data quality, data integration and data migration.

What will make you successful:

University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in working with data mapping/modelling and data migration.

Proven experience in creating data models (conceptual, logical & physical model) Involvement on data migration projects from SAP and/or Salesforce is desirable
