The role requires specialised knowledge in Workday, with a focus on security optimisation and solution implementation.

Solution Support Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

• Change Request Facilitation: Actively supports discussions related to change requests impacting Wave 1 functionalities of the Workday system.
• Solution Development: Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyses them, and translates them into technical Workday solutions.
• Implementation Support: Provides expertise for future waves of Workday implementation by guiding solution discussions and helping the team meet the project goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Works with multiple departments and teams to ensure solutions are aligned with overall business needs and technical capabilities.
• Workday HCM Expertise: Must have in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), with a strong preference for candidates familiar with multiple Workday modules.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Workday HCM and other Workday modules.
• Ability to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Expertise in translating business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Workday (Security for the Security Expert role, HCM and multiple modules for the Solution Support Specialist).
• Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards (especially important for the Security Expert).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and translate needs into actionable solutions.
