The role requires specialised knowledge in Workday, with a focus on security optimisation and solution implementation.

Workday Security Expert

Core Responsibilities:

• Security Optimisation: Focus on enhancing and optimising the security features of the full Workday environment.
• Best Practices: Recommends and implements best practices in Workday security to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Risk Management: Identifies and manages potential security risks within the system.
• Compliance Alignment: Ensures that all security-related decisions align with corporate compliance, data protection, and privacy standards.
• Workday Security Module Expertise: Needs deep expertise in the Workday Security module to lead initiatives and offer strategic advice on security-related issues.

Skills Required:

• Advanced expertise in Workday Security.
• Strong understanding of compliance, data privacy, and risk management.
• Ability to recommend and implement security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Workday (Security for the Security Expert role, HCM and multiple modules for the Solution Support Specialist).
• Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards (especially important for the Security Expert).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and translate needs into actionable solutions.
