IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Agile/SCRUM) Luxembourg - Open Position
EU Nationals or Blue Card holders only please
English speaking, with local languages as desirable
6-12 months initial, with extensions

Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in virtualization, public cloud, backup and storage, monitoring, or operating systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, cloud computing, storage solutions or operating systems.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, using Kanban methodology with certification as a Scrum master preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Implement Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban, to streamline project workflows and optimize efficiency.
  • Act as a Scrum master, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
