Location: Amsterdam

Length of Contract: 18 months (extension possible)

Hours per week: 36

Contract Pay Rate: Negotiable

Yolk Recruitment is recruiting for a Product Owner (Data Warehouse) to work with a leading data integration warehouse projects within the Netherlands.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the creation of a new central data warehouse for a large government client.

Responsibilities:

  • Migration of the Information Products (making data available to customers).
  • Represents the needs of internal customers within the program and is the point of contact for this.
  • Provide direction to multiple development teams within the program.
  • Communicating with the Product Owner of the Source Teams about issues and priorities of the work to be carried out, as well as with the content experts and/or Product Owners of the teams.
  • The Product Owner must be able to zoom out as well as zoom in. Zoom out: distance yourself from daily practice; being able to concentrate on main points and long-term policy. Zooming in: it may be necessary to occasionally look in depth from the main point to help further a technical issue.
  • Organizing/maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

Experience required:

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within a complex environment
