We are looking for a senior data engineer to our after-sales organization to build a new solution for spare parts analytics. This new solution will be built on top of our unified data platform (UDP) in Azure to replace old Legacy solutions which we have today. In this project you will work closely with a data analyst and data architect. We expect you to be able to assist and guide our other data engineers.
Expected profile requirements:
Experienced data engineer with 5+ years of experience and relevant education background
Solid experience in building data pipelines using Azure services and related technologies such as:
- Databricks
- SQL, Python & PySpark
- Data Factory
- SQL Server
Datamodelling in 3NF, kimball and starschemas are natural to you
Experienced in building Power BI models, reports with business collaboration
You have previous experience in building ETL/ELT processes using Informatica PC/IICS, Microsoft Integration Services or similar tool(s)
You are comfortable working in a diverse, complex, and fast-changing landscape of data sources.
You communicate fluently in English.
