Job Description: Systems Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the technical infrastructure of our client's division. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of systems, applications, and network components.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer systems within the company division, including but not limited to ERPs, production machine software and reporting software.
Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard divisional assets and data integrity.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support a major ERP project, managing simplification of business processes and change management with our users.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite etc.)
Experience with Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
